About Us

Kids Club Party Place is a drop-in activity center for children ages 2–12. We provide parents with a flexible childcare option, enabling them to rest secure knowing that their children are having fun in a safe environment. We also make celebrating birthdays easy by hosting private birthday parties every Saturday.

We are open until 10 PM on Fridays and Saturdays so that parents can enjoy date nights, go out to dinner, or watch movies. There are no commitments or contracts at Kids Club Party Place. Just drop your child off, and come back when you are finished. It’s as simple as that!

Our Facility

Our 2000-square-foot building is filled with fun activities for children, including an inflatable bounce house, dress-up room, karaoke stage, tea party room, rock climbing wall, and a Sony PlayStation. We also have a mini-cinema where children can view their favorite movies.

We also have a security door at Kids Club Party Place to make sure that all children are safe and secure from the moment they walk into our facility. No one can enter unless they are buzzed in by our staff.

Our Staff

Owners Al and Kathy Beigarten have designed Kids Club Party Place to be the kind of place they wished was available when their children were growing up—a fun, safe environment where kids can be dropped off when parents need some time to work, run errands, go to appointments, or rest.

Al is a small-business owner, and Kathy is a long-time classroom volunteer who worked for many years as an administrative assistant in the Livermore school district. Together, they help Kids Club Party Place run smoothly and efficiently while promoting respect for all children and their educational, social, and physical development.

All adult staff members at Kids Club Party Place have undergone background checks and are certified in CPR. Our staff members enjoy spending time with kids and customize activities to meet each child’s interests and needs—in play, crafts, games, and even homework. The staff turnover rate at Kids Club Party Place is extremely low, which means that our staff members are experienced and love what they do!
Our staff consists of 3 moms who all have children, and several high school students from San Ramon. Our high school students are all  very friendly and career minded girls with high GPA's.
We are sure you will feel comfortable leaving your children with us.

If there is ever a problem, concern or question, please contact me right away through this website, and I will get back to you within 24 hours. The email account is monitored several times a day.

 

Our Schedule

We provide story time, free play, games, and arts and crafts during the day. Snack times are at 10 a.m. and 3 p.m, and lunchtime is between 11:30 a.m. and 12:15 p.m. Dinnertime is between 5 and 6 p.m., except on Saturdays when dinner is served between 6 and 7 p.m. We offer pizza on Friday and Saturday nights and will show your child’s favorite movies on our big screen.

Our schedule changes during the summer months because we offer day camp sessions in the morning and afternoon. For more information about our summer day camps, visit the News page.

Our Policies

Our policies are designed to ensure the safety and health of all children at Kids Club Party Place.

1. Everyone at Kids Club Party Place must show respect for one another in both speech and action. Hitting or inflicting physical harm on others is not allowed and will not be tolerated.
2. We strive to maintain a healthy environment for everyone at Kids Club Party Place and regret that we cannot accept sick children. If your child exhibits symptoms of being sick, we will call you so that you can pick up your child.
3. Socks must be worn by children at all times.  If needed, socks are available for purchase at our facility (cost: $3/pair).
