    In partnership with Coldstone Creamery, in Danville, you can order your  ice cream cake through them, and receive a 15% discount. They will have the cake in our freezer the day of your party. 

    Also available - Ken Johnson, our professional photographer from Pleasanton.
    Ken can do family portraits and birthday party memories, the day of the party.
    
Fairytale and Superhero Party Packages - Deluxe Parties
These 3-hour parties are presented in partnership with The Cinderella Company, a quality children’s entertainment company. Each party can accommodate up to 20 friends and includes a 1.5-hour visit with your own costumed fairy tale princess (or superhero). The princess will perform a coronation ceremony and present the birthday child with her own tiara. Guests will enjoy whimsical face painting, balloon twisting, story telling, a touch of magic, or a themed game, and there will still be time for open play, food, and birthday cake.
Activities will vary depending on the number of children in attendance.

Female characters include: Cinderella, Snow White, Belle, Sleeping Beauty, the Little Mermaid, Tinker Bell, Dora, Felicity & Samantha American Girls, Fancy Nancy, and many more.
Male characters include : Superman, Batman, Spiderman, a Jedi knight, and a swashbuckling pirate. For more information about characters and activies visit :

Entertainers are booked by geographical location and availability.

In the event of a cancelation due to sickness or other emergency, you may book another date. Please let us know as soon as possible, so we can help in rescheduling the performers. Deposits are non refundable.

A Mad Scientist Party !!

Mad Scientist Parties are a lot of fun. They are about an hour long and include a  40 - 45 minute interactive science show, in which the birthday child gets to be the "Mad Science Assistant" and also gets their own T Shirt. The children will use the last 20 - 25 minutes to make their own take home experiment. This is something that is chosen ahead of time and everyone gets to make it and take it home with them.

These parties can be added to a two or three hour party. We can also customize your party to
2 1/2 hours if you like to accommodate a Mad Science experience.

Costs for a Mad Scientist Party are :
Up to 15 children              Add $240 to your Traditional Party Package
Up to 20 children             Add $275  to your Traditional Party Package
For an additional 1/2 hour   Add $50 to your party total

Deposit of $150 for a Mad Science Party Experience

Party Terms and Policies:

Reserving your Traditional  Party date requires a $50 non refundable deposit.
Reservations for performers, balloonist etc, must be paid for at the time of booking.
Canceled Parties can be booked for another available date.
Deposits can not be used for Child Care.

If you wish to bring in outside food and/or decorations, there is a $25 service charge.
We only allow pizza as outside food.
Please, No silly string or confetti. We ask that all food stay in the kitchen area.
If you bring your own goodie bags, please give them to your guests as they leave our facility.

As a courtesy to all of our clients, we must ensure that all parties start and end on time. Your party’s scheduled end time will be followed by a 10-minute grace period. If your party has not yet departed our facility (including lingering guests), we will assess a $50 fee for every 15 minutes past the initial grace period. We will do our best to keep your party on time.

Each party participant must sign a waiver before entering Kids Club Party Place
All children must wear socks.
If needed, socks are available for purchase at our facility (cost: $3/pair).
You can bring extra socks for your friends if you like.

Gift Certificates, or items won in raffles or auctions - are subject to the same policies as Traditional Party Packages. Parties can be upgraded for the difference in price. 
For free parties - a  deposit will be required to save the date.
We will return your check, the day of your party.
Party Options are available, and unless specified on your Certificate, are not included.
Party Options can be added to any party package, and payment is due at time of service.
This includes Overtime Fee's.
Gift Certificates with an expiration date, may not be honored if the date has passed.
